Targeting online audience is a tricky task due to so many different ways to do it. As there is never right or wrong answer, we would like to introduce you to another segment of people: Mac Book users. It is brand’s choice of course whether to target this segment or not, but here is an interesting example from Audi for their Quattro car. This banner solution has been created by Razorfish agency in Germany. It allows users of Mac Books to physically interact with a banner by moving their laptop. In other words, user can drive a car in a banner by shaking their Mac Book back and forward.
One thing for sure, such technology adds some innovation points to the brand perception. Did people actually use it? Not quite sure, but it does add an interesting twist to a rich media banner and helps the brand to stand out from the crowd of other banners.
