How it works?
So the guys decided to think creatively and realised that the best art directors spend ridiculous amount of time in stock photography websites. As a result, they created a set of stock images and planted them into one of the most popular stock websites in Israel. Each image contained a message, inviting art directors to send their CVs to the agency. Another trick was that the ad only showed to people, viewing page 5 and up of a particular keyword. This way they expected to reach a target of the best and most hard-working art directors.
The agency proved, that they do know local market very well and are able to target the correct audience effectively. They got what they wanted – art directors from top 10 agencies in the country applied for a job and one of them got hired.
